In 2017, the Tate Britain had an exhibition called “Queer British Art” which explored the connection between art and a wide range of sexualities and gender identities in a period of dynamic change.
xjwFriends in association with Faith to Faithless and LGBT Humanists are presenting this new tour, “Sexualities and Identities” based on selected artworks from the V&A.
It will be followed by a social in the museum café.
Tickets to the tour are available on Eventbrite: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/sexualities-indentities-tour-social-tickets-49473200675
The social is free, so feel free to come along to the tour or to the social or both.
You do not need to bring physical paper tickets.
After the tour and social, there will be a meeting with a journalist who is researching Jehovah’s Witnesses and home-schooling, so if you have any experience in that regard, please let Ste Richardsson know.
